Environmental/regulatory specialist supporting operations
Job Description: Leads environmental technical and regulatory support for Chevron Mediterranean Limited (CML) operations. Engages Operations, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to understand facilities, equipment, process, work activities, and associated permitting needs. Engages Ministry of Environmental Protection (MoEP) staff to obtain regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with permit terms and conditions.
Selection Criteria: Strong environmental technical background, including Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering or equivalent. Multi-media environmental expertise (e.g., air, water, waste, biodiversity protection). Strong knowledge of MoEP regulations and compliance requirements. Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience with environmental/regulatory support for industrial operations.
