Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint an Administration Supervisor who will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Administrators to complete all back-office order to cash processes. Reporting to the Team Lead, Logistics, this exciting opportunity will be based at Eagle Farm.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading a team of 5 Operations Administrators who will be working on a 7 day roster

  • Purchasing inventory from third party terminals

  • Timely and accurate processing of delivery documentation

  • Invoicing of customers

  • Reconciliation of terminal liftings

  • Management of load codes and fuel allocations

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • A minimum of four years Supervisory experience or relevant on job experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of the fuel industry (desirable)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people

  • Ability to plan workloads, achieve deadlines and lead a team that works on a 7 day roster

  • SAP experience (desirable)
