As the Change & Communications Manager for EMEA, MENA, APAC, and Mauritius, you will play a pivotal role in supporting transversal or local projects, driving effective communication and change management strategies across these diverse regions. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions during organizational changes, fostering clear and consistent communication, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, understanding, and adoption of key initiatives, contributing to a cohesive and informed global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: 

    • Design and execute comprehensive change management plans to support organizational transformations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.

    • Conduct thorough impact analyses to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Support key local projects or initiatives: In the context of change management, lead local projects at the service of the workforce engagement.

  • Lead strategic communications planning: Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication strategies to inform and align employees across EMEA, MENA, APAC, and Mauritius.

  • Ensure regional communication customization: Tailor communication materials, strategies and channels to resonate with diverse cultural and linguistic nuances within each region.

  • Increase stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all regions, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

  • Monitor feedback and measurement: Establish feedback mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of communication and change initiatives, and continuously improve processes.

  • Develop training support and enablement tools: Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to equip employees/leaders with the right knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management and communications roles, ideally within a global or multi-regional organization.

  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities across EMEA, MENA, APAC, and Mauritius.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective change management and communication plans.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
