The role

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketer to join our team. As a Lifecycle Marketer you will ideate, develop and optimize email programs that drive meaningful business results across various stages of the buyer’s journey. Your primary focus will be Customer Marketing, building and maintaining world-class programs aimed to further build the Checkout.com brand, position us as a thought leader in the space, and deliver tangible value for our customers.
 
You will report into the Director of Growth Marketing and be tasked with creating and executing program strategies that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline and generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities. This person will work closely with key stakeholders across both Marketing and Commercial.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Growth Marketing team, and take part in building a top-notch Customer Marketing program at Checkout.com. This role is highly cross-functional and would most fit someone who enjoys collaborating closely with other stakeholders, and excels in a fast-paced environment of a matured startup.

 

How you'll make an impact

  • Craft sophisticated email programs and develop campaign tactics that make buyers move.
  • Develop compelling copy for all your programs and collaborate with Design and Product Marketing teams to refine and align it with our brand’s look & feel, tone of voice etc.
  • Get to know your buyers at the deepest level; what makes them tick, what content they engage with and what drives them to action.
  • Work with regional marketers across multiple regions to localize your programs and provide them with campaign support as needed.
  • Work within Salesforce Account Engagement platform (fka ‘Pardot’) to set up your programs and track performance, and collaborate with Marketing Ops on building audience segments.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

About you

  • Proven experience in Lifecycle, Product or Content marketing in a B2B environment, preferably while taking an active part in driving a Customer Marketing program.
  • Strong ability to lead projects end-to-end from strategy and program ideation to execution, while applying creativity and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience promoting various content assets by developing compelling copy that drives to action and delivers engagement.
  • A good eye for creative, and a solid understanding of how design and copy nuances impact performance.
  • A team player and great communicator; capable of working cross-functionally, leading projects and driving collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Bonus points for Payments background, basic HTML, and/or, experience using Pardot/SFDC.
