What you have
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Schwab technology and design.
- 1+ year of UI/UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces is a plus.
- Prior experience working with Salesforce Lightning Design system is required for this role.
- An online portfolio showing process and design thinking.
- Experience with most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and creating content specifications.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology.
- Self-management skills, comfortable with responsibility, working directly with our client partners, and capable of managing your project work.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma.
- Experience supporting design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work with various levels of the organization and various personality types.
- Comfortable in a project-driven work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
