This position will lead a team of back-office operations professionals within Trust and Custody Services supporting company sponsored retirement plans through the Retirement Business Services and Retirement Plan Services channels. This position will work closely with staff and leadership to help advance operations through day-to-day complex processing and operational tasks, business transformation efforts, delivering service and client experience for all clients, as well as providing a controlled and focused environment that allows our associates to feel valued and engaged.

The purpose of the Revenue Management team within Trust and Custody Services is to own the invoicing of client accounts and revenue collection, calculation and payment of share holder servicing payments, and various regulatory reporting. You will have the opportunity to develop employees, review and enhance processes, and the ability to leave a mark on a growing business unit in an industry leader with various opportunities for growth.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop and mentor staff
  • Process transformation and efficiency
  • Productivity metrics in a continuous improvement environment
  • Manage high volumes of work within SLA and accuracy expectations
  • Prioritize multiple tasks daily while maintaining continuous communication with management and other internal business partners
  • Take initiative on complex or escalated items
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and communicate with business partners on collection
  • Manage risk and influence a strong control environment
  • Interpret mutual fund company contracts for payout rates
  • Support pricing exceptions and configure the billing system accurately
  • Reconciliation and adhoc custom reporting

  • Strong background in operational processing and workflow
  • 3-5 years financial services industry experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task are critical
  • Operates with personal ownership and accountability
  • Growth Mindset: positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel and Access Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Retirement Industry background
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to work with many departments across the firm
  • Expertise in risk and controls
