DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

As a Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing, you will support the execution of our digital marketing strategy, while demonstrating a foundational understanding of digital engagement tactics and how to maximize them. You will join an integrated marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally with content marketing, acquisition marketing, paid media and advertising, and other subject matter experts and business partners. You will have the opportunity to contribute to mission-driven work while developing professionally in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), website development, and social media.
  • Strategize, draft, schedule, and at times self-publish content for digital platforms, including the organization's email program to existing donors and advisors, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and other owned channels.
  • Contribute to website maintenance and data-driven optimization efforts, including content updates and page performance improvements.
  • Support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance metrics using platforms such as Google Search Console, Marketo, SEMrush, and others.
  • Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform digital campaign targeting and content strategy.
  • Stay informed on trends in philanthropy, digital communications, and financial services to support content relevance and strategic positioning.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a nonprofit, philanthropic, financial services, or other highly regulated industry environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Search Console, email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo), project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Lists), and website development within content management systems (e.g., Drupal).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular attention to clarity, tone, nuance, and audience appropriateness.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, sense of ownership and accountability, drive for continuous improvement, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with donor-advised funds, charitable giving, or nonprofit fundraising practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communications, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
