The Retail Growth Experience team resides within Digital Marketing, Owned Channels, and we focus on creating content to connect prospects and clients to our products and digital capabilities through our online channels. We focus on marketing our brand, products, and digital capabilities in a client-first, innovative manner to drive adoption and awareness. This role has four critical management functions:

  • Experience Strategy for digital acquisition content:

You will partner with our creative agencies and teams to manage and prioritize content creation. You will influence the production roadmap through research, data, insights, and a clear understanding of client needs and pain points. You will be responsible to launching the content on Schwab.com and providing partnership for contextualizing the content across digital channels and experiences.

  • Creating & managing digital experiences across Schwab.com:

Working across our broader Retail and Marketing teams you will successfully drive and execute updates and creations of digital marketing experiences in partnership with Publishing team. In order to be successful, you will need strong insight driven content creation ability, executive presence & presentation skills, and excellent project management skills to ensure all necessary steps are completed.

  • Strength with managing and directing Channel Performance:

You will need analytical strength to determine circumstances, drivers, and subsequent actions to improve digital acquisition in our channel to generate new clients to the firm and depth of relationship for existing clients. You are regularly collaborating with product, channel, and experience owners, marketing managers, and technical partners to implement marketing strategy though tactical execution and creating connections across products and experiences to share best practices and insights.

  • Comfortable understanding with Content Management Systems and Digital Product Development:

Working knowledge of digital content management system capabilities and design system interoperability. You will represent the online channel for other marketers at Schwab and provide expertise for our most optimal digital solutions.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing analysis, MS Office, and digital workflow platforms
  • Experience executing digital marketing projects
  • Experience or familiarity with SEO in relation to digital content and performance
  • Digital Acumen; rich understanding of the digital landscape and digital best practices
  • Working knowledge of digital design systems, creating digital content experiences, and agile processes
  • Proven expertise developing marketing strategies, crafting creative briefs, and directing agencies
  • Executive presentation skills
  • Relationship-building skills, including the ability to build consensus with key partners, work effectively in a cross-functional matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree
  • Financial services and/or retail product experience
  • Experience with acquisition related digital experiences and digital onboarding
  • Analytical approach to prioritizing and optimizing digital solutions
  • Insight-led ability to develop creative objectives and input
  • Proven track-record delivering projects with urgency and accountability
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • A 'can-do', results-oriented approach with a challenger mindset
