Duties: Plan, manage, and execute release cycles, including tracking release deliverables, coordinating quality processes (business Certification, QA signoffs, governance approvals, and analysis from code quality tools), and leading release efforts in the production environment. Creating requests for change (using Service Now or Remedy), and obtain appropriate approvals, including approvals from the governing bodies and risk management groups. Continuous Deployment using tools such as, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack or Ansible. Source Code management using a repository such as Git, Bitbucket or Github. Continuous Integration using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or TeamCity. Monitoring and troubleshooting application health issues related to deployments using Splunk, AppDynamics or similar systems. Work within a complex system of applications and coordinate dependencies between teams and systems for project or feature deliverables. Facilitating release planning meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders on release status and progress. Establishing and maintaining release processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate deployment activities, including pre-deployment checks, scheduling, and rollback procedures.

What you have
Job Responsibilities: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 60 months involving the following: DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools including Harness, Bamboo, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps; Release Management using different deployment strategies including Canary, Blue-Green, or Big Bang; Change ticket creation using BMC Remedy or ServiceNow; Application Monitoring and troubleshooting using Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar systems; Financial Services or Brokerage industry and complex trading applications; Traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban; and Application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
