Pay range: USD $177,600.00 - $201,800.00 / Year

Duties: Contribute to all parts of the application development including front-end, services, data, automated testing, continuous integration/deployment, DevOps and cloud deployment; employ test driven development and pair programming practices. Design and develop microservices. Full scope test automation evangelist with unit, integration, and behavioral/functional test-driven development practices. Manage all code repository levering version control. Support production systems and troubleshoot system defects to remediate issues and ensure system operational stability and availability. Code, perform code reviews, unit test and production issue resolution. Assist in design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes. Partner with fellow developers, product owners, technical leads and architects to build exemplary client experience. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab's internal approach to workplace flexibility.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in related occupation. Experience must include 60 months involving the following:Develop and implement web-enabled applications; Technology stack: C#, IIS, .Net, Core, Java, Springboot, Apache Tomcat, Jquery, ASP, and Angular; Spring Cloud config server; Deploying applications to managed IIS Servers or Pivotal Cloud Foundry; Session state management using browser
storage and authentication services, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies; LaunchDarkly for feature rollout control; Business Driven Development using Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin format;Leverage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques, and automated deployment pipeline with Bamboo (CI/CD) for applications on Bitbucket and GitHub actions (CI) and Bamboo (CD) for GitHub migrated apps; Front End Technologies and Concepts including Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS Angular, Web Components, nginx HTTP, or reverse proxy server; Back End Technologies including .Net or Java; Business Driven Development methodology using Cypress or Cucumber; Web Services and Unix Scripting; Cloud Technologies including Pivotal Cloud Foundry or Amazon S3; and Continuous integration and deployment tools including JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, or GitHub.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
