Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior
Pay range: USD $168,000.00 - $180,000.00 / Year

Job Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and perform defect fixes, and enhancements of the application. Support Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production. Coordinate application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade, Disaster Recovery exercise, etc. Serve on a 24x7 production support team on rotation. Analyze and resolve application issues in production. Actively participating in mentoring junior team members. Work with Team Lead (Sr. Staff level) to design and implement process improvement in our Production Services and Operations.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 84 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Requires 84 months of experience invovled the following: Implementing CI/CD pipelines creations, automation, deployment, and managing infrastructure; Site Reliability Engineering - System Reliability, scalability, and performance tuning; Capacity Management - Analyzing system metrics, scaling strategies, and cost optimization; Server Administration - troubleshooting server issues and maintaining high availability and automating frequent issues using PowerShell Scripting; Release Management - Planning, coordinating, and executing release across complex environments; Cloud Technologies - Designing and managing cloud solutions in Terraform; and Root cause analysis and Problem Management - identifying, analyzing and resolving production issues. Skilled in incident investigating, root cause analysis and documentation for problem ticket to enhance operational efficiency.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
