Pay range: USD $110,100.00 - $180,000.00 / Year

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location of locations Austin, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, or Denver where we have on site studios.

The primary role of this position will be to educate clients on investing and trading strategies through webcasts utilizing application-based learning via Schwab branded trading platforms, primarily thinkorswim®. This position will also require writing for our digital publications, social media interaction, live and virtual event participation, as well as potential media appearances.

Given the on-camera, client facing nature of the position, candidates must feel comfortable delivering investing and trading strategies through webcasts, at in-person events, and via media outlets. Candidates must also be creative and possess strong writing skills, as content creation will be required for this position.

What you have

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of strong investment and trading acumen experience
  • Knowledge of technical analysis & fundamental analysis, derivatives, and at least rudimentary knowledge of digital assets
  • Proficient with the thinkorswim® suite of trading platforms
  • Experience presenting and creating content including webcasts
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Designations including CFA, CMT, or CFA are preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
