About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) to lead the next evolution of our Schwab Wealth Advisory digital experiences. This role is critical in driving consistency, centralization, and scalability across complex systems of record while optimizing the advisor and client digital experience. You will partner with stakeholders across technology, operations, compliance, and wealth management to deliver solutions that balance business growth with regulatory requirements.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who thrives in navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering elegant solutions to complex problems. The work you do here will directly shape the future of digital advisor experiences and lay the foundation for emerging capabilities such as AI-driven insights, automation, and smarter workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap from concept to launch and beyond
  • Analyze and rationalize complex systems of record, driving consistency and centralization across disparate data sources and platforms
  • Partner with technology, offer, design, operations, and compliance teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that reduce friction for advisors and clients
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product stories and priorities
  • Champion an "Advisor-First" mindset, enabling advisors to deliver a seamless, modern, and efficient client experience
  • Look ahead to future enhancements - including personalization, predictive insights, and AI integration - positioning the platform to adapt to the evolving digital wealth landscape

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, in financial services or investment platforms
  • 5+ years of experience working with complex data systems, integrating and centralizing disparate data flows
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics or another relevant specialization
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and decision-makers without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Clear, thorough, and organized documentation practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven success in launching complex digital products requiring cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital product management experience in financial services or investment platforms
  • MBA or relevant master's degree
  • Comfort with AI, automation, and emerging digital tools

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
