Your opportunity
The Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Enablement is accountable for enhancing understanding of and confidence in business strategies. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated enablement and communication strategies that support the organization's business objectives. The Senior Manager serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, manages cross-functional communication initiatives, leads strategic leader communication channels, ensures consistent messaging across all communications deliverables, and defines and delivers on key success measures.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive, integrated, strategic communications plans that drive business goals and support all stakeholders during transformational change.
- Defining objectives, maintaining reports that demonstrate progress towards these objectives, and presenting results to leadership.
- Translating complex business strategies into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborating with fellow team members and internal departments to amplify, integrate, and align messaging.
- Serving as an advisor for leadership and supporting them in delivering high-impact content and messaging.
- Facilitating decision-making and collaboration that leads to win-win results.
- Pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through creativity, agility, adaptability, and ingenuity.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- A track record of success in designing and delivering high-impact communications and enablement strategies that get attention and drive outcomes.
- Experience working on the people side of change and driving strategic communications plans that enables transformation.
- The ability to build relationships across team members, departments, and senior leaders.
- Being outcome-oriented with a knack for building and influencing strategies that drive desired results, not just activities.
- Demonstrating confidence, diplomacy, maturity, and business savvy to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision-making, bringing an informed point of view to the conversation when appropriate.
- The ability to synthesize and distill complex information.
- Taking ownership of solutions and proactively seeking opportunities that will advance business priorities.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines while balancing and prioritizing complex projects and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Learning agility and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Creativity in approaching modern and varied communication methods, including video, audio, visuals, etc.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience designing and executing a variety of communication or enablement strategies
- Experience as a communications and/or enablement strategic thought partner
- Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, etc. Experience using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
