Schwab's Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) organization offers industry-leading wealth management experiences, through solutions like Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA) and Schwab Advisor Network (SAN), along with a broad range of investment products and solutions, to both retail and registered investment advisor (RIA) clients.
Within WAS, the Senior Manager, Fixed Income Offer Management will be a part of the Investment Offers & Solutions (IOS) group's Core Investment Products team. IOS is responsible for managing our proprietary separately managed account offers as well as third-party product marketplaces, including fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, alternative investments, managed accounts, structured products, annuities, insurance, and the Schwab 529 Plan. Our mission is to provide a positive experience for Schwab clients that invest in these products, while growing a key revenue stream for Schwab.
The Senior Manager, Fixed Income Offer Management will manage Schwab's fixed income offer for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and play a critical role with defining Schwab's fixed income marketing approach. The senior manager will lead strategic initiatives by collaborating with key partners across the firm. Executing on these strategic initiatives will address changing industry trends, allow Schwab to pursue market growth opportunities, and improve internal business processes and operations. This role will drive forward the roadmap for Schwab's fixed income RIA offer and marketing efforts, including:
- Collaborating with Marketing partners to develop and execute on the overall fixed income marketing strategy.
- Owning the fixed income RIA offer, including identifying and prioritizing strategic enhancements to improve the RIA fixed income experience.
- Partnering closely with sales, service, technology, marketing, digital, compliance, and legal counsel to plan and execute important fixed income projects, while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of business partners to consult on issues and opportunities with the fixed income RIA offer and arrive at collaborative solutions.
- Gaining a deep understanding of client journeys, pain points, and needs to build an industry-leading experience.
- Ensuring processes and procedures supporting key functions for the fixed income offer are maintained to minimize risk to the firm, drive efficiency, and scale offer maintenance.
- Developing and maintaining marketing content and materials sales and service leverage for client communications.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management, offer management, or client experience.
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize, and tell strategic stories through presentations, while effectively presenting to and persuading audiences.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple complex projects at a time to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly resourceful, adaptable, and creative problem solver, who can thrive in a dynamic environment, solve issues as they arise, and drive progress in ambiguous situations.
- Strong relationship building and partnerships skills; a strong team player.
- Strong acumen in financial services with a great understanding of investment products (e.g., fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker with strong business judgement and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
- Professional licensing is preferred (e.g., Series 7, Series 24).
- Fixed income knowledge/expertise.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
