Pay range: USD $156,998.00 - $220,100.00 / Year

Job Responsibilities: Work with development, support, and API teams to develop and support applications and integrations, as well as specific functionalities. Guide and mentor other developers. Participate in code reviews, and in general build a mature, well-designed front-end application. Collaborate with other tech leads and technical directors. Develop, implement, and maintain applications within the specified software version. Work with management, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements, suggest solutions, troubleshoot problems, and support business needs. Engage in the development of systems including various applications and integrations. Develop and deploy code for incident management, problem management, work orders, and tasks. Implement code for automatic updating of user information and foundational data based on external feeds. Establish processes for automatic integrations with external systems. Implement processes for data reconciliations, including user roles and permissions, ticket assignments, and more.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Coding in different versions for Remedy and Helix; Coding in Remedy API Integration; Coding in SQL Server and Oracle; Coding in HTML and CSS; Coding and configuration on Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, and Service Request Management; and Configuration on BMC Foundation Data and Data Wizard.
