We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in Austin, TX location. This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.
What you'll do:
The Manager, Digital Product Management, will work within a matrixed organization of marketing stakeholders, product, technology owners, business partners, and end-users to achieve shared objectives, while also driving increased scale and efficiency.
This role will be responsible for supporting the strategy of deploying and managing templates and products within various platforms. This is an individual contributor position and will manage communication on all projects within the programs, work closely with stakeholders and business partners to remove blockers, manage schedules and team outcomes.
This individual will schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders and business partners, manage a product management dashboard, manage and support execution of projects, create and manage presentation decks and roadmaps to influence stakeholders and leadership for future state, and meet regularly with internal and external teams, marketing partners, and technical audiences to document product and tech requirements to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Own all aspects of product deployment, including understanding stakeholder needs, prioritizing potential solutions, and measuring success through key metrics.
- Ensure our technology ecosystem can support the strategic objectives and use cases identified by business and marketing partners.
- Evaluate existing technology, processes, and operating models to identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Advocates for holistic approaches to marketing capability solutions with a focus on automation, scale, and efficiency.
- Provides the bridge between the business and/or marketing stakeholders and the platform and technology teams supporting those products, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned across all-stakeholders.
- Understands how platform features, capabilities and enhancements may benefit business and marketing stakeholders and identifies opportunities for piloting and adoption of both new and existing features.
- Understands business objectives, supports translating those objectives into detailed use cases, business requirements, and provides all other documentation and input required by technology partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of end-user needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver positive outcome-oriented solutions.
- Supports the development of documentation, training, best practices, and other resources to increase overall adoption and efficiency of the broader team.
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-time work experience with product management, program management, or technical project management, within a large financial firm.
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, business cases, and other product development responsibilities.
- Experience with communications spanning a range of needs; knowledge and experience with UI/UX.
- Strong creative-problem solving abilities, process optimization, and ideation when dealing with complex digital ecosystems.
- Dynamic relationship, partnership, and collaborative skills; a strong teammate with experience working with others to champion initiatives across multiple departments.
- Strong project management skills, including diligence, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently and proactively.
- High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, motivated to get results while operating autonomously in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective presentations and communications tailored to specific audiences spanning range of technical, marketing, and strategic backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience with Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and Workfront or similar systems preferred.
