Pay range: USD $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 / Year

Your opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support our cybersecurity and technology risk management efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, process improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.

This individual contributor role collaborates with senior team members and benefits from familiarity with technology risk, reporting tools, automation, machine learning concepts, and risk and control self-assessments (RCSA).

The Technology Risk Manager supports the team in analyzing cybersecurity and technology risk data to help identify trends and potential issues. This role focuses on assisting with data collection, basic analysis, and the creation of reports, scorecards and dashboards that provide useful insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize data related to cybersecurity and technology risks.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to highlight key trends and insights.
  • Maintain and support data tools such as SQL, Tableau, GCP BigQuery, PowerBI and Alteryx.
  • Document team procedures, reporting workflows, and escalation protocols.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk reporting needs.
  • Recommend and develop AI/ML-driven solutions to improve workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

What you have

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in technology, cybersecurity, or tech risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT).
  • Broad understanding of enterprise technology practices.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across lines of defense.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Experience with RCSA documentation and guidance.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, GCP, BigQuery.
