Your opportunity
At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.
Throughout the 9-week paid Strategy & Data Analytics internship, there will be inspiring opportunities that welcome you into the Schwab culture, immerse you into your strategy & analytics role, and teach you how to develop complex algorithms, extract insights, and help produce data science solutions to enable better decision-making. With multiple disciplines with Strategy and Data Analytics you may also have an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to executives and business partners by providing thought partnership, strategic analysis, and data driven insights. This will be a great opportunity to work in a team setting and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab's businesses. Opportunities across the team include research and analysis of competitive insights and strategic focus areas and support of strategic planning processes. The interactive internship program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths!
