Position Summary
Serves as the first contact for the department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- • Tracks and completes communication-related tasks under the guidance of the Student Communications Coordinator and Manager
- • Sends messages and helps collect relevant information/data for each message (link tracking, creation and organization)
- • May create or collaborate on student communications strategy tracking and assists in data collection for ease in evaluating communication strategies and campaigns to determine their effectiveness
- • Creates content across many channels that adhere to CNM communication standards
- • Handle outreach to external teams to collect data on success/attendance for events or programs.
- • Assists with the identification of appropriate audiences for messages and list segmentation and message timing
- • Reports and/or collaborates on reports of annual and monthly messaging
- Provides back-up coverage for other office staff.
- Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Minimum Qualifcations:
- High School Diploma or GED. Must be successfully enrolled in a degree program.
