What you will be doing

At World Courier, we are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Website Coordinator/Website Production Coordinator for 12 months assignment. This pivotal role forms the bridge between our marketing team and our valued customers. You will be entrusted with orchestrating our digital content - overseeing its review, refinement, management, and punctual deployment across numerous websites and channels. This opportunity allows you to further develop your abilities and attain practical experience in enhancing the performance and reach of online platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Reviewing, building, editing, and publishing all marketing assets on our website using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Collaborate with our digital agency to optimize web pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Regularly liaise with our content team to ensure the most current content is available on our website.
  • Constantly checking web content for consistency and accuracy, ensuring updates are implemented across all touchpoints.
  • Maintaining existing website content by checking its relevancy and accuracy.
  • Sourcing and editing images for both marketing content and web pages.
  • Consistently communicating with our marketing automation team to ensure all hosted forms are tagged accurately and function correctly.
  • Create and update Calls To Action (CTAs) to bolster primary and secondary goals while increasing conversion rates.
  • Support collecting and analyzing data from digital assets to facilitate data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Ensuring sites are reliable, quick-loading, secure, and compliant with accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of our taxonomy and how we optimize websites, including navigation systems filters and customer browsing behaviors using various tools.
  • Managing content assets on Highspot by accuracy, relevancy, and accessibility to Sales and Marketing colleagues.

What your background should look like

Experience required:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in a similar role involving responsibility for website content management
  • Proficiency in utilizing a Website Content Management System (CMS), preferably Sitecore
  • Tag management experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in using Google Analytics (GA4) to evaluate and improve website performance
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Background in creating compelling content as well as editing existing content
  • Familiarity with analytics and creative software such as Adobe CS
  • Capability to manage workload effectively under pressure while prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Ability to communicate seamlessly with stakeholders across different levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for analyzing statistics

Education requirement:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

This is a fix term contract for 12 months.
