What you will be doing

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Mandatory -

Ecommerce platform projects understanding or working in an Ecommerce industry.

Development experience with Bug remediation knowledge & experience.

Ecommerce applications such as SAP hybris or any similar experience is mandatory

Expereince as a SaFE agilist or SaFE framework is mandatory.

• Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, mindset, processes, methods, and effective ways of working while also helping in improving adherence to best practices
• Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability and collaboration while fostering self-accountability and individual empowerment
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum-related meetings
• Guide the groups they work with by providing meaningful feedback and effectively facilitate retrospectives to pull actionable changes for the team
• Use empirical data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity and optimize velocity to attain organizational KPIs while also helping to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure the development teams practice core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility and cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers)
• Work with Development managers to manage team capacity, with enterprise leadership to determine staffing requirements and assist with identifying resources to be procured from inside / outside the organization
• Ensure scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests and critical issues are effectively communicated to the client and project/program team and assist in change management
• Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors
• Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendations

* Preferred experience with managing eCommerce type agile development work and teams.

Educational Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering

Certifications:
• Scrum Master certification / CSP / PMI-ACP / Related certification required, Mandatory - SaFE Certification

Work Experience:
• 6 - 8 years of IT experience including prior Scrum Master experience

• Foundational understanding of Design Thinking, User Centered Design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) concepts

Tools Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench
