• Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients.
• Intake of all program-specific correspondence, including mail and electronically received documents.
• Log information into appropriate database.
• Communicate program-specific information to the appropriate internal party as it relates to core Data Intake functions.
• Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with team members and leadership.
• Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
What your background should look like
• High school diploma as well as some directly related experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, medical billing and coding, healthcare, business administration or similar vocations. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Computer application skills including fundamentals of data entry/typing.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
• Strong desire to develop health care research and analytical skills to support payer research and health care policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work between 1:30pm - 10:30pm
It's a HYBRID role (2 days at the office).
