Within the Ecosystem team, the Partner Acceleration team drives partnership activation, adoption, joint Go to Market, innovation, and overall success.

The role:

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility. As a Senior Solution Manager, you will be responsible for activating go-to-market strategies across our global consulting and professional services partners through differentiated joint solutions and offerings.

The work you’ll do:

  • Act as a product advisor to partners’ C-Suite and practice leaders, sharing a compelling joint vision leading to partners committing to building new practices and offerings based on Celonis' technologies
  • Set GTM activation priorities & drive activation of Celonis into partner service offerings and methodologies for a portfolio of strategic partners, developing and managing leads and opportunities
  • Co-develop joint solution offerings, platform innovations and partner apps to enable scalable adoption within the partner ecosystem
  • Provide pre-sales support and coaching for joint strategic lighthouse opportunities

The qualifications you need:

In addition to your strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to interact directly with partners and customers, you’ll possess the following:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Management Consulting, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Business Transformation, ideally within a top-tier consulting or professional services firm
  • Proven experience driving or contributing to go-to-market strategy development, including stakeholder identification and engagement, value proposition design, and execution planning
  • A solid track record of working on strategic proposals and RFPs, especially in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Demonstrated impact in driving enterprise modernisation programs, including ERP transformations, technology enablement, or process digitisation
  • Strong business acumen combined with a consultative approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Functional Supply Chain Management experience will be a plus
  • Have a hunger to learn new technologies; hand-on experience in data analytics (SQL and python knowledge is a plus)
  • Have successfully completed your studies in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
  • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus
