Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire the future leaders of Celonis. More than just recruiters, we are talent advisors and candidate experience experts directly impacting the rapid growth of the organization.

We are currently seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, who speaks Japanese. The role will join our business in Japan and will be based from our Tokyo office.

The Role:

The position would lead our recruitment and talent acquisition in Japan and offer the opportunity for further growth as we expand into Korea too. You will be the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and point of contact for our candidates as they move through the recruitment process. The position requires fluency in Japanese and English, and a background in hiring go to market talent within the SaaS, IT Services organisations or Management Consulting sector.

You will collaborate with an ambitious team of TA Partners located across our global hubs, our Talent Marketing team to bolster the Celonis EVP and employer brand efforts and importantly be the partner to our People Leader on the ground in Japan.

The work you’ll do:

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
• Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.

Market Research & Talent Insights:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position Celonis as an employer of choice.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Recruitment Process Excellence: 

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
• Leverage our ATS and Sourcing Tools to ensure excellence and efficiencies are adopted in our working practices

The qualifications you need:

• A background in go to market recruitment (e.g. sales, pre-sales, professional services), exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the BEST talent.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, technologies, and trends within the technology sector.
• End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
• Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.
• You can come as you are – the fun-loving, passionate seller, who never gets shy of pushing boundaries or asking the tough questions with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
• Must speak native level Japanese and have fluency in English .
