The Team:

The Cloud Partnerships team is central to Celonis’ growth strategy as we aim to build out our Go-To-Market (GTM) with the major Hyperscalers and leading AI companies.

We work effectively to drive enablement and activate our partnerships in region, working with our field teams to drive joint opportunities, marketing events and sales programs.

We are hiring for a Director Cloud & Partnerships EMEA & APAC to join our team, to manage our Go-To-Market activities with our partners and handle the relationship on a regional level.

An important part of the role is to ensure strong alignment with the different Celonis Sales teams and regional priorities.

The work you’ll do:
  • Act as first point of contact for Celonis and Partner teams in EMEA & APAC.
  • Define a holistic GTM plan, manage joint pipeline and related day-to-day activities with our cloud partners
  • Work with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress.
  • Activate and enable partner sales teams and leadership teams based on joint value proposition and product integrations.
  • Manage and maintain joint pipeline in partner and Celonis CRMs.
  • Facilitate and support on Marketplace transactions.
  • Actively participate in defining and building out our global Cloud GTM.
The qualifications you need:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • The ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
  • Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships.
  • Strong sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.
  • Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference
  • Ideally a strong network within Microsoft and AWS.
  • Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level).
