As a Customer Transformation Advisor (CTA), you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, bringing deep transformation experience from roles such as CIO, GBS leader, or strategy consultant. You’ll lead strategic customer engagements to drive enterprise-wide value realization, embedding Celonis into long-term roadmaps through our Customer Engagement Model. You’ll focus on enabling process excellence, building Centers of Excellence, and operationalizing continuous improvement — all to deliver measurable outcomes in growth, profitability, and customer retention.

The work you’ll do:
Key Customer Engagement Responsibilities:
- Align with leadership to develop and strengthen the Customer Engagement Model
- Drive adoption of Industry Strategy Value Framework and transformation blueprints
- Provide thought leadership on Process Intelligence, Execution Management, and AI-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with Value Engineers, Service Consultants, and GSIs to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- Oversee setup and execution of Centers of Excellence within key accounts
- Support NAM Change Maker Program by regional chapters
- Define and implement Continuous Improvement Process Operating Rhythm using
- Control Towers and KPI dashboards
- Serve as account sponsor for strategic transformation delivery and scalability
- Lead and manage NAM EBC staff to align with executive and customer goals
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews to align with Customer Success and account growth
- Act as strategic connector across Celonis functions and Executive Sponsor in customer accounts
- Build trusted C-suite relationships through joint strategic planning
Key Leadership & Management Role & Responsibilities:
- Support Industry portfolio P&L business
- Develop methodologies, playbooks, training, and enablement with CEM advisory team
- Participate in NAM EBC staff to improve C-suite customer engagement
- Enable advisors to deliver industry-specific transformation leadership
- Build Account Playbooks and Strategic Plans to grow and retain customers
- Establish governance models to track value realization, ROI, and operational improvements
- Ensure measurable CTA practice success contributing to ARR and profitability
Industry, Customer Council, & Change Maker Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in NAM CIO & GBS Councils to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn
- Engage in NAM Change Maker programs across regions
- Represent CTA in industry forums, executive briefings, and conferences to drive new revenue
- Coordinate with Global CIO & GBS Councils at Celosphere for NAM chapter
- Drive growth of new and existing Council and Change Maker accounts
Cross Functional Support Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, AE, VE, and Service Consultants to align Industry Value Paths for customer GTM offerings
The qualifications you need:
- 10+ years of enterprise transformation experience/leadership, preferably in corporations, consulting, strategy execution, and/or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific operations and value chains (e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R).
- Proven track record of working with senior C-Suite executives and relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of process mining, process intelligence, AI-driven process optimization, or related value realization methodologies
- Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Effective stage presence and facilitator of C-Suite audiences

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
