Salary range is:
$76,267.00 - $110,000.00

The Role
As the primary recruitment partner for our Products & Technology organization, you will lead full-cycle technical recruitment, driving talent strategy, sourcing, and offer management while ensuring exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. While your main focus will be Products & Technology, you will also assist with executive recruitment and provide support across other parts of the business as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and contributing to broader hiring initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Chicago area and comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends.
- Develop customized recruitment strategies that align with business goals and team structures.
- Guide hiring leaders in defining requirements and assessing role complexity.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and business roles (where needed), ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify process inefficiencies and optimize time-to-fill without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Provide hiring teams with insights into candidate technical capabilities and fit.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Build relationships with leadership to stay aligned with evolving hiring needs.
- Provide updates on pipeline health, sourcing challenges, and competitive intelligence.
- Champion best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and diversity hiring.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Manage the full candidate journey—from first outreach to offer acceptance—with a focus on transparency and relationship-building.
- Source and engage top-tier talent across engineering, DevOps, data science / R&D, product roles, etc..
- Promote the company brand within the tech community through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
- Refine the technical recruiting process based on feedback, market trends, and evolving team needs.
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends, including best practices for recruiting and automation tools.
- Help lead cross-functional projects to improve Talent Acquisition operations where needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within software or SaaS companies.
- Exposure to executive-level hiring is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills with engineering and product leaders.
- Expertise in sourcing on GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, leveraging insights for decision-making.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
