The Role

As an Enterprise Architect at CCC Intelligent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our clients' organizations and determining how CCC's extensive suite of solutions fit into the business and IT architecture of our top accounts. With a comprehensive background spanning business, data, AI, and technical architecture, you will meticulously map transformation requirements of some of the largest companies in the automotive, insurance, and collision repair industries to the optimal CCC solutions. Your expertise will extend beyond mere sales and implementation to encompass a deep understanding of legal, risk management, and regulatory considerations, allowing you to guide clients through seamless integration while safeguarding their operational integrity.

Collaboration lies at the heart of your responsibilities. As part of CCC's Solutions and Consulting team, you will engage with stakeholders across multiple departments and spearhead the design and deployment of scalable, efficient, and secure IT architectures tailored to our clients' unique business objectives. Leveraging your business acumen, sales proficiency, and adept presentation skills, you will articulate how CCC solutions synergize with clients' existing technology stacks, painting a vivid picture of transformative possibilities. Your role extends beyond technical prowess; you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering best practices in program delivery, project approaches, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will focus on supporting clients looking to enhance their business or operational outcomes using advanced and emerging technologies. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain architecture strategy supporting the client's long-term vision
• Bring alignment between clients' technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with AI and CCCs newest solutions, and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with client executives and present at conferences or industry events
• Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery
• Assess and deliver best practices around program delivery, project approaches, and business measurement
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities with our clients to scope how they could deliver business value through the use of generative AI and CCC's newest solutions
• Establish guidelines for technology adoption, ensuring consistency and interoperability
• Assess technology investment risks based on security, scalability, and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within automotive, insurance, or collision repair industries
• Strong understanding of business, data, AI, and technical architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Business acumen and sales expertise with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Experience in conducting workshops and guiding clients through technology adoption
