Salary range is:
$152,833.00 - $195,000.00

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven transformation leader to drive transformational change across our organization. This role will focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and automation tools like RPA and Agentic AI. You will lead cross-functional process and technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive sustainable productivity gains through data-driven analysis and advanced digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide process and technology improvement initiative with a strong focus on technology and using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation.
- Develop and implement digital automation (RPA/robotics/Agentic AI) strategies to streamline repetitive, rules-based processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with functional business leaders to build a pipeline of operational efficiency projects and evaluate ROI for large digital solutions. Own a portfolio of large digital capital initiatives and process re-engineering projects. Owning project pipelining and execution end-to-end.
- Ensure the development team has correctly prioritized workloads and is achieving delivery targets
- Coach and mentor team members and project belt leads on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding CI thinking and behaviors across all levels of the organization.
- Track and report on initiative performance, providing data-backed insights and executive updates on impact.
- Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and quality standards for all process and automation changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading process improvement and development teams in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated experience with RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Crewai, n8n) and intelligent automation.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact projects from idea through implementation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in SaaS, financial services, insurance, or shared services.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and emerging technologies beyond RPA (e.g., machine learning, intelligent document processing).
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master).
