The Role: 

Carrot Fertility is seeking a results-driven and adaptable Account Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team. We're looking for someone who excels in competitive environments, thrives on understanding complex products and industries, and can effectively communicate across departments and with customers of varying needs. This role will be selling into our Texas territory.

In this role, you will gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to shape our product roadmap, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you're ready to make an impact, join us and be part of a team shaping the future of Fertility benefits.

  • Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties, enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain-points and buying needs
  • Become an expert on Carrot's product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos and presentations to prospective customers
  • Act as a partner to Carrot’s product team and the voice of the market to help inform product priorities
  • Learn Carrot’s unique value proposition and convincingly communicate Carrot’s strengths
  • Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately
  • Hit and exceed annual revenue targets

The Team: 

This role will be a part of our Mid-Market Employer Sales team. They will work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and more to close new business.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling into mid to large enterprises
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling employer health benefits into mid to large enterprises
  • Fluency navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and compliance
  • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits
  • Ideally, passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all

Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $110,000-$140,000. Actual compensation, including variable compensation, may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
