Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant, Project Managment will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.

Key Accountabilities
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
- Comply with organization change management framework.
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
- Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting.
- Design and implement processes for colleague engagement and development, and mass communications.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Proven ability to deliver multimodal communications tailored to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with leadership to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Professionally skilled at aligning diverse stakeholder priorities and fostering collaboration across varying agendas to achieve strategic objectives.
