This position is in Cargill's animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.

Job Purpose and Impact

Join our team, at Provimi France as a Ruminants Associate Technology Application Specialist! You will deploy technologies by supporting interactions with clients and prospective customers and help them understand how the organization can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.
  • Actively participating in the design and development of new products and services
  • Provide technical and commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments
  • Support sales efforts to understand and solve complex customer issues following established process.
  • Support strategic marketing technology and food or product safety, quality and regulatory to develop and proof new products.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years' experience in the field.
  • Driving license, B.
  • Fluency in French and English language.
  • Available for extensive traveling, 50% of time, in the designated area.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with customer support
  • Very good collaboration skills.
  • Experience in nutritional concept development and special feed optimization programs.
