Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. In this role, you will discover and deliver solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient, and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
• Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
• Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce advanced configuration and administration.
• Experience with data migration and integrations (REST & SOAP).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
