Job Description
The Technical Lead will be central in managing our technical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on development experience, team management, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology consulting, strong coding skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Mentor and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee daily team operations, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Technical Strategy & Architecture
- Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools to support efficient development practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to align technology initiatives with client requirements.
- Code Quality & Development Practices
- Oversee code reviews (PRs) to maintain high standards of code quality, best practices, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Establish standards and practices for the team including version control, coding guidelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to optimize team efficiency and product quality.
- Technical Oversight & Innovation
- Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and problem-solving workshops to address technical challenges and drive innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the team’s workflows.
- Advocate for continuous learning, technical excellence, and process improvements within the team.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support client engagements with technical expertise to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare and present technical designs and architectures to clients and internal leadership.
- Serve as a technical liaison between the consulting team and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in technology consulting or a similar environment.
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Extensive experience with system design, architecture, and development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
