Job Description

 

The Technical Lead will be central in managing our technical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on development experience, team management, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology consulting, strong coding skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Management
    • Mentor and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Oversee daily team operations, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  2. Technical Strategy & Architecture
    • Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
    • Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools to support efficient development practices and high-quality deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to align technology initiatives with client requirements.
  3. Code Quality & Development Practices
    • Oversee code reviews (PRs) to maintain high standards of code quality, best practices, and adherence to established guidelines.
    • Establish standards and practices for the team including version control, coding guidelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to optimize team efficiency and product quality.
  4. Technical Oversight & Innovation
    • Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and problem-solving workshops to address technical challenges and drive innovation.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the team’s workflows.
    • Advocate for continuous learning, technical excellence, and process improvements within the team.
  5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Support client engagements with technical expertise to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
    • Prepare and present technical designs and architectures to clients and internal leadership.
    • Serve as a technical liaison between the consulting team and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in technology consulting or a similar environment.
    • Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and frameworks.
    • Extensive experience with system design, architecture, and development best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead technical teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
