Job Description

Overview:  CapTech is seeking a dynamic Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Systems Integration to drive innovative cloud solutions for our premier clients. This role is a blend of technical mastery and business acumen, focused on translating complex client requirements into high-performing, secure cloud architectures that fuel transformation and growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end cloud solutions on OCI that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities by crafting secure, high-performing architectures that facilitate seamless systems integration.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for
  • Manage and administer OCI environments, monitoring performance, security, and compliance to deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client executives, project managers, software engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.
  • Facilitate technical consultations, workshops, and presentations to articulate solution strategies and build client confidence in OCI investments.

Evaluate emerging Oracle Cloud services and industry trends to continuously refine and advance our cloud architecture practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, especially on OCI, with a focus on HCM Applications and Systems Integration.
  • At least 7+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications.
  • At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Solution Architect
  • Should have complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
    Design and create architecture specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with specific experience around security roles, access and domain, data extracts, data migration, integration with other systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience working with a professional services company or a consulting firm.
  • Strong hands-on technical capabilities in cloud architecture, system integration, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
  • Should have complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deliver within deadlines, and meet client expectations in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging cloud technology to solve business challenges.
  • Should be well-versed in the latest architecture trends and must be able to provide insights on market/technical conditions and future direction. They must be able to define new solutions and drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
  • Should have a desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills, and should be comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects.
