As a Senior Manager of the HR Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for managing the company's HR processes and providing organizational effectiveness strategies and expertise, so that the goals of the organization will be achieved. An ideal candidate will utilize technology to improve processes, hold others accountable for accomplishing objectives and communicate project updates to senior HR leaders. The Sr. Manager of HR Shared Services will be responsible to build relationships with the HR Consulting community to partner on efforts across HR and with other departments to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and mitigate organizational risk.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and Lead HR processes and programs
- Consult with clients to understand needs and influence appropriately to build support for deliverables
- Project and Program Management; responsible for leading workstreams and executing project plans through others
- Process Improvement-continually improve current processes to yield better results for customer and make processes easier for users
Basic Qualifications:
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of client facing or consulting experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing Human Resources Processes
- At least 5 years of experience in people management
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's Degree
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification
- At least 10 years of experience managing Human Resources Processes, or in HR Consulting
