Principal Associate - Associate Experience

PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATE - ASSOCIATE EXPERIENCE & CI & DIB Ops

ROLE PURPOSE & SCOPE

The Principal Associate will serve as the hands-on execution expert, focusing on the direct delivery of events, experiences, and operational activities. This role will handle the tactical elements that transform strategic vision into tangible experiences for our Mexico team across all experience verticals:

Primary Areas of Focus:

  • Associate Experience and culture - Design and deliver programs such as town halls, team celebrations, team buildings.
  • Community Investment - Coordinate volunteer programs, partnerships and DIB initiatives to strengthen company impact internally and externally.
  • Corporate Engagement - Lead corporate visit experiences and executive hosting
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee vendors, budgets and timelines to ensure seamless execution, efficiency and cost optimization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Strategy & coordination -

Lead end to end lifecycle of events from concept and planning to onsite coordination and post-event evaluation.

Project and Vendor Management

Drive cross functional projects, balancing multiple priorities with stakeholders

Manage vendor relationships across catering, venues and technical requirements ensuring cost effectiveness

Stakeholder management-

Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to align objectives and deliver engaging experiences

Program Support & administration-

Support community and DIB initiatives through logistics, training coordination and event planning.

Maintain documentation, track metrics and provide reporting to measure impact and inform improvements.

Coordinate communication and campaigns to maximize associate participation and engagement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning, project management, or operations management
  • At least 2 years of experience in vendor relationship management or procurement
  • At least 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences
  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate event management for audiences of 100+ participants
  • At least 1 year of experience in budget management and cost optimization
  • Experience in financial services or technology industry
