Manager, Process Management

As a member of the Finance Data Divisional Risk Office (DDROf) Team, you will apply your project management, risk management, and leadership steering abilities to support and assist in driving the Data Management AND Data Risk Management strategies for all Finance business teams. You will work with smart, dedicated, and passionate team members to deliver results that have a direct impact on the Finance Divisional Data Management Profile, as well as Finance's Data Risk Profile. You will take on important and exciting responsibilities, collaborate closely with each Finance DDROf Associate, partner with key stakeholders across Finance, as well as partner with other MDS Teams in other LOBs. Responsibilities:

  • Devise tactical project management approaches to tactically organize the Finance DDROf
  • Ensure timely execution of DDRO governance controls, as well as capture all associated documentation for each DDRO governance controls
  • Prepare Monthly Data Management Business Reports (MBRs), Prepare presentations (and other related materials) for monthly Enterprise DDRO meetings, Capture and record meeting minutes associated with these senior leadership meetings (including, but not limited to action item follow-up items)
  • Prepare Sensitive Data metrics snapshot for Cyber & Tech Dashboard presented to the Risk Operating Committee (ROC);
  • Inject process improvements and tactical approaches to increase accountability for all Finance Business Partners (i.e. PDSs, PDS Delegates, AECs, AEPs, etc.), prioritizing the High Priority Usage (HPU) compliance effort for all applicable Finance teams
  • Actively contribute substantive and relevant information to Finance's Future Data Management Playbook, including but not limited to, partnering with Senior Risk Manager to drive progress, timelines, aggregation of existing resources, and drafting new reference material
  • Facilitate Bi-Weekly KanBan board high-level discussions, Facilitate Monthly KanBan board Planning Sessions, and Facilitate/Organize/Lead Quarterly Tri-Team PI Planning (between Finance DDRO, FinTech partners, and FinProduct partners)
  • Monitor and report on Finance Data ETBS, in coordination with Tech and Tech PMO
  • Monitor and report on various Finance Data Initiatives and developments from data management perspective

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional project management, organization skills
  • Proactive, innovative, and dedicated team-player
  • Ability to work autonomously (at times) and is comfortable with white space
  • Proficient understanding of data management and data risk
  • Ability to work with teams possessing disparate skills and various job levels

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of Corporate Data Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Corporate Financial Risk Management experience
  • At least 3 years of Process Management, Project Management experience or a combination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of Corporate Data Management experience
  • At least 4 years of Corporate Financial Risk Management experience
  • At least 5 years of Process Management & Project Management experience balancing multiple objectives / initiatives
