You will drive strategy and execute on a high priority program for the company in the Financial Services division.

  • Ability to build a "trusted advisor" relationship with business partners and stakeholders
  • Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
  • Exhibits outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive technical delivery and change management efforts at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build talented teams and governance models to deliver on highly complex projects and programs, in the context of technology delivery
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, scaled agile frameworks, and delivering integrated programs across interdependent agile teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing very large portfolios of technology delivery across dozens of agile teams supporting multiple businesses and many products
  • Comfort and proficiency in working directly with business executives and product managers on programs and portfolios
  • Excellent communication, partnership and influencing skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company (including Senior Executives) to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Responsibilities:

Building and leading a program delivery team to support complex, integrated programs, including but not limited to:

  • Implementing an integrated risk management program for the Financial Services Tech & Data Division
  • Creating and implementing standards for program delivery
  • Developing and standardizing productivity measurement practices across Tech
  • Engaging on large scale resource allocation efforts
  • Partnering cross-functionally with program stakeholders in the tech organization to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving project delivery
  • Designing, developing, and managing complex integrated plans across interdependent programs in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing needs of the customer
  • Creating clear scope definition and management, planning, communications, change management, and implementation
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget while effectively managing risks and navigating through a challenging environment
  • Ensuring change management practices are appropriately assessed and addressed
  • Capturing, resolving and escalating issues & impediments to ensure that project delivery continues effectively and unencumbered
  • Supporting the creation of executive-level presentation materials to support the communication of program-level information for various stakeholders
  • Providing reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the portfolio

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project or Product Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in People Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • 10 + years of experience in Project or Product Management
  • 5 + years of experience in Technology or Financial industry
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
