As a Technology Service Excellence Associate, you will support service excellence initiatives by applying knowledge and skills in areas such as Knowledge Management, AI/Automation, Reporting and Analytics, and self-service solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing performance data, implementing operational improvements, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that enhance user support services. This role works closely with more senior team members and Technology Service Excellence Manager, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

- You have a bachelor's degree or similar work experience with technical writing.
- You have a foundational understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Tableau, or Power BI
- You are committed to continuous learning and improving technical skills
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to produce clear, concise, and actionable documentation for technology support teams and end users
- You have analytical skills to help you identify opportunities for improving quality and usage
- You have strong attention to detail for content formatting, grammar, and usability
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and collaborate across groups
Orange County Base Salary Range: $67,529-$108,046
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
