Experienced facilities coordinator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously, build strong networks, and have a can-do attitude. Must be able to work well within a team and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with vendors, team members, associates and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Network Building: Develop and maintain strong networks within the business to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently and make decisions that benefit the organisation.
- Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, providing support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Client Engagement: Ensure that clients and customers have a positive and memorable experience when interacting with the organisation's facilities.
- Service Standards: Establish and enforce service standards and protocols for facilities staff to follow, ensuring consistent high level of service for all client interactions.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle client complaints and conflicts professionally, seeking prompt resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to service standards.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a facilities coordinator role or similar position is essential.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
