Under general direction with limited supervision, responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, spanning multiple capabilities and/or products within an assigned domain. Leverages new and emerging technology patterns, frameworks in architecting and designing solutions. Expected to be amongst the most capable individual contributors on the team. Provides technical and project leadership and guidance to the team. Mentors and coaches more junior associates.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
Technology Leadership, End-to-End Solution Ownership, Strategy
- Under limited supervision, responsible as a hands on technologist for leading end-to-end solutioning across all aspects of SDLC (analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) for business problems with medium to high level of complexity and ambiguity that span across multiple capabilities and/or products within an assigned domain.
- Demonstrates thought leadership and a deep understanding of supported business capability(ies); understands and appropriately applies industry trends/products/solutions to solving business problems.
- Influences business and technology roadmaps for a product/solution within an assigned domain. Works in close collaboration with business, technology partners and/or vendors.
- Identifies options, analyzes pros and cons, and makes solution recommendations. Proactively identifies and communicates issues, risks, progress to business and IT stakeholders, providing options and next steps.
- Plans and leads own work, with accountability for scope, timeline and costs.
- Proactively and independently researches opportunities for innovation in technology, methodology, quality assurance, support, business, and other applicable areas across multiple capabilities and/or products within an assigned domain. Contributes to the development of new frameworks and patterns.
- Adheres to ITG-wide standards and directions. Provides input to ITG centers of excellence and actively participates in the formation of new processes and practices within own and adjacent teams.
- Responsible for the quality and supportability of the resulting solution as well as adherence to the established product service level agreements (SLAs) and ITG testing practices and methodology.
- Coordinates with application support teams during the solution development and subsequent deployment and support. Assures quality, troubleshoots and supports entire solution, across all components (functional, data, integration etc.), including reviewing work of others.
- Is a continuous learner who seeks to deepen technical and business knowledge and proactively shares that knowledge with others.

Business Integration
- Integrates with the business and leverages technology solutions to amplify the capabilities of CG and those of our associates.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of relevant business area and how it connects to broader CG business.
- Accountable for business outcomes within specific domain through shared business result ownership.
- Influences business roadmaps and contributes to development of product vision.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
