Join us as a Senior leader for AI/ML, where you will play an instrumental role in defining the technology strategy and architecture for AI/ML, ensuring their successful application to drive value commercial.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively align business priorities and goals with the opportunities presented by AI and ML. You will be responsible for defining a vision and target state and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences, including senior management and external parties.

Main responsibilities:

• Define standards and reference architectures for AI/ML, including platform architectures, model development lifecycle management, quality assurance processes, and continuous model delivery/deployment strategies machine learning.

• Drive Capital's enterprise generative AI program, coordinating and realizing the benefits of these solutions.

• Execute frameworks for knowledge sharing across all AI/ML teams in the company and develop a strategy to train the organization in AI/ML technologies.

• Evangelize AI/ML to a wide range of internal and external audiences, including senior management.

• Network internally and externally with business partners, delivery teams, industry peers and external technology leaders to identify sixteen opportunities related to AI/ML solutions.

• Contribute to defining technology strategies for AI/ML, provide insights into new business models that could be enabled through AI, and become a trusted advisor to executives implementing AI in their fields functional.

• An inspiring technology leader with hands-on experience in AI or ML, preferably in financial services.

• Experience using AI/ML cloud services on AWS, Azure or GCP and building scalable infrastructure for enterprise-level AI and ML.

• An accomplished speaker capable of communicating strategic and highly complex technical information to diverse stakeholder groups and audiences at all levels.

• Has commercial acumen, knowledge of the business environment and can translate key business objectives and customer needs into effective strategy and architecture plans.

• Has a global mindset, considering all operational regions when assessing impact and making key decisions regarding technology, architecture and people.

• Demonstrates the ability to manage ambiguity and approach difficult assignments in a pragmatic manner.

• Possesses an innovative mindset and leads and develops teams by setting the tone, driving business results, investing in their development and overseeing their performance.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
