As a Resource Management Specialist, you will oversee NACG's contingent workforce program, managing selection, onboarding/offboarding, facilities, compliance, and reporting. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Fieldglass and Ariba, ensuring timely and compliant engagements through effective reporting and process guidance.

- You coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers, ensuring workspace, system access, and equipment readiness.
- You will partner cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to plan and fulfill temporary staffing needs.
- You manage contractor lifecycle in CLP/Ariba; serve as Fieldglass SME and guide managers on best practices.
- You resolve complex employment issues in collaboration with IT, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- You oversee compliance processes including fingerprinting and background checks for SOW contractors.
- You maintain accurate tracking and reporting of contingent workforce metrics; recommend process improvements.
- You support agency collaboration to ensure candidate quality and assist associates with onboarding tasks.
- You would demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues-including privacy, risk, and employment matters-while influencing others and recommending solutions.
- You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, collaborate across teams, prioritizes tasks, and applies working knowledge of Ariba and Fieldglass to deliver professional service.
- You partner with your broader team on business management initiatives.
- You are comfortable operating in Microsoft 365 as a collaboration tool.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $95,251-$152,402
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
