As an OE Business Partner aligned with both HR and Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will provide expertise in Organizational Effectiveness, Operating Model Design and Team Effectiveness practices. You will lead the end-to-end delivery for large complex projects with significant regional and global scope and complexity. You will own the day-to-day delivery and execution of the Team Effectiveness project portfolio to ensure it meets business needs. Your expertise will influence the direction of Operating Model projects or programs that solve strategic business problems across Capital Group. You'll contribute to high-performing and diverse teams across Capital Group work efforts, including those within HR and the Enterprise Change Office.

  • You have 10+ years of proven experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Operating Model Design and/or management consulting.
  • You have demonstrated success in designing and delivering operating models and team development services in a fast-paced, high-pressure, consulting-like business environment.
  • You bring expert knowledge of strategy articulation, operating model, capability modeling, organizational design, team development and change management.
  • You have a successful track record of leading and managing a portfolio of Operating Model and Team Effectiveness projects concurrently within and across multiple groups.
  • You can effectively plan and manage the work of a broad business area to achieve results consistent with business objectives.
  • You're accustomed to juggling multiple priorities with high complexity and clearly communicating progress to teams and stakeholders.
  • You're an exceptional communicator who can independently influence, facilitate, and coach with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of different audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • You have extensive experience with Qualtrics, whiteboard tools/applications, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, to effectively collaborate and tell a compelling story.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
