As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will work in a team environment to provide a high degree of coordination for strategic initiatives, business routines, and reporting needs. You will serve as a business partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and execution plans. Your role will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing business routines, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.

- You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or account coordination, preferably within the financial services industry.
- You possess solid knowledge of investment products and solutions, and you understand Home Office partnerships within the broader financial services environment.
- You are comfortable facilitating cross functional meetings and coordinating team activities to help execute business initiatives. You can manage project planning, rollout and reporting phases. You can identify appropriate resources and tactics to drive successful project execution.
- You are skilled in overseeing department business management routines and can provide guidance to National Account teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- You can proactively communicate with senior leaders to clarify priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure alignment between team efforts and leadership expectations.
- You can proactively identify and implement process improvements, leveraging systems, technology, and data to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- You are a relationship builder, capable of effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- You enjoy working with data, preparing reports, and are willing to learn different operational tools and systems to support the business.
- You are adept in Microsoft applications, including MS Teams and Excel, and have experience using Power BI reporting and Salesforce.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $73,863-$118,181
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $78,671-$125,874
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
