Learning Experience Design Lead

As a Learning Experience Designer Lead, you will be part of our newly formed client education team, designing engaging, effective client learning experiences for digital and in-person delivery grounded in learning science and technology best practices. In addition to developing effective learning strategies, you will partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to create impactful, outcome driven programs across various delivery formats. You'll manage learning projects end-to-end, developing plans and partnering with members of the advisor education team on execution.

- You have 8+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs.
- You are skilled in e-learning tools and content authoring software.
- You have a proven track record of content creation across digital /interactive and in-person modalities.
- You have experience working directly with subject matter experts and content creation teams.
- You are able to design assessments and define successful metrics for training.
- You have a portfolio of work demonstrating learning outcomes and user-centered design.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $136,858-$218,973

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
