Capital Group is looking for high-performing Graduates to join our Client Group Associates Program in Tokyo. This will be a 2-year rotational program kicking off in September 2024.

The program embeds graduates in our Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG), consisting of departments such as Sales, Marketing, Investment Product and Business Management. This group is crucial to the success of Capital Group's long-term strategy: to be the world's investment manager of choice.

The Client Group is focused on delivering superior investment products and services to help meet the goals of our clients: institutional investors and individual investors (via financial intermediaries).

The successful candidates will join as early career talent, contributing to long-term strategic and day-to-day processes, as we invest in our leaders of the future.

Candidates from a non-finance background with an interest in asset management are encouraged to apply.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
