As one of our Digital Channel Marketing Specialist, you'll be highly skilled in automation and building out email and consulting with key marketing partners to drive engagement and our mission of fulfilling people's lives through successful investing. You'll have experience in designing, building and owning strategic integrated channel experiences for assigned audiences. You will drive innovation, execute projects and campaigns, and leverage a data-driven approach to deliver best in class email experience.

- You'll be highly proficient in marketing automation configuration tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Email Service Provider and Client Relationship Management systems to leverage data to deliver integrated, targeted, and personalized audience experiences and tests.
- You'll be highly proficient in HTML, CSS, Amp Script and SQL & JavaScript (NTH) to build and deploy integrated digital marketing solutions.
- You'll use analytical resources such as Adobe Analytics to measure and drive channel performance.
- You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You're a generous collaborator and strong project manager. You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
- Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you've taken the initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
